Lucy Hale Admires Fashion Tastes of Vanessa Hudgens and Miley Cyrus

On Pretty Little Liars, Lucy Hale makes it clear that she can keep a secret.

But the 21-year old actress held nothing back in an interview this week with WhoWhatWear dot com. She talked to the website about her fashion tastes and those of celebrities she admits. A few excerpts follow:

On her fashion evolution: “When I was 16, I wasn’t a risk taker; I was very basic, just jeans and t-shirts. I loved fashion, I loved looking at it, and I could admire the people who took those risks, but I could never do it. I’m proud of myself that I’m willing to take the extra step and do something a little different now.”

On her style icons: “I love the classic [style icons] like Kate Moss and Sienna Miller, but I really admire girls my age, like Vanessa Hudgens and Miley Cyrus, for their everyday style.”

On her style staple: “I like to look really feminine – I’m all about dresses, heels, hair and makeup – but then again, I’m also obsessed with my Steve Madden motorcycle boots. I’m still finding myself and figuring out what my signature style is. There’s nothing I wouldn’t try at this point.”

Gasp! Zac Efron Confirms Strip Club Visit

You absolutely won’t believe this, folks, but Zac Efron recently frequented a strip club.

Seriously!

In response to a New York Post report that claimed the Charlie St. Cloud star and Corbin Bleu dropped by Flashdancers Gentlemen’s Club on Sunday night in New York City, Efron admitted to Jimmy Kimmel:

“I had this image of what it’d be like. I’ve heard a lot about these places, mostly from rap music – they’re supposed to be pretty reputable! So I envisioned myself in a nice couch with stunna shades with T-Pain and Usher making it rain money! And it just wasn’t like that.”

HA! Zac cracks us up.

The actor also said he called Vanessa Hudgens ahead of time and “she was fine with it.”

Efron’s new movie opens tomorrow and, while you can’t stuff one-dollar bills into his boxers, the hunk will often be topless in it.

Zac Efron Chats About His Visit to Strip Club

Zac Efron was recently spotted coming out of a strip club in New York City, and spoke to Jimmy Kimmel about how he broke the news to longtime girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens that he was going to the risque bar. The actor admitted to going to the strip club with his “High School Musical” costar Corbin Bleu. “I’m not really the type of guy that does that kind of thing very often, but I had this image of what it would be like,” he told Kimmel. He added jokingly, “I’ve heard a lot about these places, mostly from rap music. They’re supposed to be pretty reputable. So I just envisioned myself on a nice couch in stunner shades with T-Pain and Usher making it rain money, and it just wasn’t like that.” As for whether the reports were true that he spent $2,000 at the club, he responded sarcastically, “It was like six [thousand.] … No, I don’t remember.” The ‘Charlie St. Cloud’ actor explained to Kimmel how he told Hudgens of his evening out, saying, “The hardest part was calling [my] girlfriend before. That’s the awkward call. … How do you even start that conversation? … She was fine with it.” Kimmel joked that next time he should have Corbin Bleu make the call. Efron rounded out the strip club story, saying, “So, I’ve done it. I’ve been there, done that.”

In the upcoming movie Sucker Punch, it’s safe to say that Vanessa Hudgens leaves her High School Musical character behind. Far, far behind.

As Blondie, Hudgens plays a girl that comes to life in an alternate reality. The film is directed by Zach Snyder and focuses on an institutionalized woman that gets sent to a psychiatric facility by her stepfather. It comes out in March 2011.

In an interview this week, boyfriend Zac Efron described Hudgens as someone who “loves to have fun.” It certainly looks like that applies in this case, doesn’t it?

As you can tell from a new interview with Parade magazine, life is pretty good for Zac Efron.

Talking to the publication, the adorable actor dishes on his upcoming movie; his lovely girlfriend; and the unique way he wakes up each morning. Who needs coffee when you have a pool?!?

On choosing Charlie St. Cloud: “Every once in awhile, you read a script and you get that special feeling in your gut. I was touched by what the character, Charlie, goes through, and I thought it was a story worth sharing. And the fact that I have a little brother myself gave it a lot of resonance.”

On how he starts each day: “The first thing I do every morning is cannonball into the pool. It’s the best way to wake up.”

On Vanessa Hudgens: “The song ‘Out Tonight’ is Vanessa in a nutshell – she loves to have fun. She’s a good partner in crime.”

On his love of music: “I always have music on. The other day, I found out my biggest expense isn’t electricity or gas – it’s iTunes. I spend way too much on music, movies, apps, and games. I’ve got to get that under control.”

It’s been a great year for Decker, who is married to tennis star Andy Roddick. She was featured on the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition and she’s running away with a Fashion Face-Off against veteran model Marisa Miller.

Zac Efron held on tight to girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens at the premiere of his new film ‘Charlie St. Cloud’ in LA Tuesday night. The pair, who have dated since they costarred in the ‘High School Musical’ trilogy, snuggled for the cameras while Hudgens showed off her bare-backed dress.

Efron has transitioned to big-screen leading man in multiple roles since his Disney TV days, while Hudgens has had less movie success.
