@esentiaal Not a surprise : Gypsies in Romania are used to play romanian music, and more generally to play the traditional music from the places they live (as in Bulgaria or Turkey, Spain ...). But they generally add a special flavour (gypsy spices) to the local music.

@jewamen Yddish and Gypsy music have shared a lot of music from the Balkan region for al looong time. We should not use the word Klezmer here, because it refers to modern New York Yiddish music from New York (USA).
