It is sad to know that the thing they have been fighting for is taken for granted. We may see what they've done for us as a small thing; however, we just don't realize that they've dedicated their lives for this cause.

I bow to the guys who gave their life in ww1. But you guys wrongly say when it started. You love your country, but the love wasnt felt in Britain as you watched us suffer until 1917 till u got a passenger liner sunk that you actually changed your view. Its a disgrace that you guys held off so called country of liberty. Bullshit. country of wheres the oil? I hate these memorials - your guys died belately for oil, or nationaly for more oil.

For years I've had a standing offer of $1,000 for someone to show me where the US Constitution says there shall be a "separation of church and state". I don't bet unless I've won the bet alrady it. To date no one can show me where it says that. A liberal Supreme Court misinterperted the Constitution based on 1 letter by Jefferson in the Federalist Papers. It's way past time we top catering to the fluff of the lunatic fringe and tell them to go screw themselves.

If the people that first put it up thought them might offend someone they wouldnt have out it up in the first place. It seems to me, folks simply cannot handle the idea we can live in the same area without stepping on each other Have people in this country become so numb to the idea we had to do things that might have hurt someone's feelings to make sure we have the rights we do. I mean if those christian things are so foul then you can also do without the freedoms that came as a result of them.

At the time of the execution of Jesus, the Romans did not yet use crosses, but nailed people to single tree trunks, like pikes. the nails could not have been put through his hands because the flesh and bone there is too weak to support that weight and in the bible it says there is a moment that Jesus was made entirely human and separate from god so there could be nothing supernatural about the mechanics of the crucifixion. it was a tree trunk pole. there are many of those everywhere.

what about your water rights? what about your food being patented? what about your sons and daughters being sucked into privatized corporate industrial military and prison systems? only to be churned out sick dead or addicted? these people dont care about the right things.

That WHITE CROSS is on INDIAN LAND. It is a desecration of the memory of the real patriots and people of this land. War should never be glorified, especially in the insulting of others. War does not keep the USA free.

@Scarlet0Darkstar A cross is a VERY Christian symbol & DOES NOT INCLUDE any other religion. Why do many Christians think that at cross is somehow a "generic" symbol? No other religion includes a god crucified on a cross, a typically Roman form of execution. |
