A federal judge has rejected the Obama administration's attempt to dismiss an energy industry lawsuit challenging the six-month ban on deepwater oil drilling in the Gulf of Mexico. The On Wednesday, Feldman ruled the suit can proceed because the new moratorium doesn't differ in substance from the first.

Obama killed as many as 100,000 jobs with that moratorium. When a plane crashes, they don't ground all airliners for 6 months...The whole thing stinks to high heaven. Either way, I'm glad nobody died here and I hope the injured party will recover.

Things like this happen when oil companies take the cheap way out to build their rigs, you would've thought everyone would've learned from BP's mistakes. Instead, they are too busy drooling over the money they are going to make since BP is not in 1st anymore
