ignorance....i don't know why people keep on bashing airsoft guns in terms on training and weapon proficiency were there's systema, magpul and some other companies that developes airsoft guns for military and law enforcement training coz you can do tactical drills or so on it coz its safe where as and some of you talk about shooting RS and just the tipical range where you just shoot targets sitting or standing. nascar and bicycles?...your over exaggerating and people say the same thing with ka

Anyone who thinks airsoft is in any way comparable to the real thing for training, usage, or anything, is completely lying to themselves. While airsoft is fun in itself, it is a toy and will always be a toy. Don't show up to compete in nascar when all the experience and equipment you have is a bicycle.

@TrueAsianBoi911 Ammo is quite cheap. .22 ammo is basically free (2 cents a shot) and i reload my own 9mm and rifle calibers. Airsoft is like jerking off, it can be fun, but it's not the real deal.

@kontknager May i tell you some thing? when ammo dont come cheap you have to find a better gun that shoots cheap ammo like .22lr and ye si kno its concider as a toy but ammo is not cheap in japan and guns got banned. also they dont want to waste like $100 just to go shoot a 9mm or a 40 cal hand gun. Also its more safe and more quiet then a 9mm also you can put recoil spring on the guns. and you call me a idiot? i'm not an idiot your the one shooting and wasting money just to go to a shoot range.

@TrueAsianBoi911 Wrong. I am a serious sport shooter. I shoot rifles and pistols from 9mm to .338 lapua. I am sick of youtube becoming spammed with kiddy airsoft crap that ends up between video's of real serious firearms. No go play with your toy"gun" Japan is NOT the world record holder of speed shooting. Shooting is done with REAL firearms, not fake ass recoilless toyguns you idiot.

what i would like to say is, if you want to be good in the real competition with a real gun just do the dry fire always by using the real gun, or if you're playing with the airsoft gun and you're really good on it, fine. but it's just a TOY.

I have to admit that dry shooting is the best practice.Also you can do really good practice with an airsoft gun but there is zero recoil and your performance will not be the same with a real gun.That is caused by recoil and only.Im no trying to say that those are fake shooters.
