Good to see a shooter learning the ropes, instead of the typical situation of someone else loading/racking, and just handing it to her....a real shooter in the making!

I like the snap cap drill. Good way to train a new/young shooter.

@salinagrrrl69 True. I've seen documentaries on "Khyber Pass Specials" which are crudely manufactured local copies of guns (AK's, etc) and they showed a guy making a pistol that looked like a CZ, perhaps they can source mags/spare parts easier for that reason.

@Otacon237 The "Tactical" is popular so I hear n read with a lot of high level security for some reason specifically in the Middle East over Glock. Over Jericho of course is understood.

@NIKON777 Don't have it any more, rotated it for another firearm. From what i've read currently the issues found have been fixed and no reliability issues
NIKON777 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
any updates on the reliability of this weapon?

@Otacon237 the recoil is very manageable. The grip is pretty slim and she could get more of her hands around it.

Recoil doesn't look too bad considering a 16 y/o girl is shooting it. I'm really interested in this handgun now.

She was really hesitant and timid at first. I let her start with airsoft, then 22lr, then she graduated all the way to 10mm. She wants to try a 20ga shotgun and 5.56.

Congrats for having a daughter that is willing to learn and can handle a weapon. Mine wouldn't take to it at all. I wish she would have though. |
