Chances are, Pitbull asked permission.... I doubt Pitbull would take the EXACT same beat from a song knowing he could get sued for millions of dollars for it so he probably asked permission. Does it really matter? Just enjoy the song.

@tbmusich21 Mimic, the whole american way of life is founded on premeditated Victorian ideology. Furthermore, the majority of american culture is just borrowed. The majority of things which come from america lack real aesthetic value, such examples are food, popular culture (visual/audible). I'm not suggesting that any culture is perfect but I dislike the length people go to to attempt to reach this.
