@JuanMacready As for me and my taste, I still watch MD films, I think he is brilliant in his class. If you hate this mans voice... there are thousands of other actors ... watch them . I don't like some actors... I don't go to there performances. Same with singers... To me, Michale Jackson always sounded like he had his balls in a vice. Michael Bolton sounds like he has laryngitis., so I switch the station. Try it ... you'll see it works every time.

@RichardElden M. Douglas acted for a living. As I expect U work or Ur father works!. At some age we all retire, as my parents have done! Still loved & useful with wisdom, life experience , grandchildren, charities, etc. Douglas when diagnosed was working on a film, regardless of a Oscar performance, but who knows? Hes done it before. Many actors have winning performances well into there 80's . When Ur dad is mad & asks U, "Do I look stupid?" Do Ur self a favor... Don't answer !

@RichardElden If aliens are looking for intelligent life?! WHY THE HECK WOULD U Be SCARED? Ur comments, as most on here show pure ignorance.. Do I understand this... B/C most of Americans were smokers at one time. Our houspitals deserved to be filled with people dieing of lung cancer? Only 2 things are infinite, the universe & human stupidity, I'm not sure about the former ! Stop being so stupid.. it's my turn.!

@RichardElden so what, at onetime 75% of Americans smoked . Smoking is one of the most difficult addictions to break. Scientists say cigarettes are more addictive than cocaine, heroin, or alcohol. Smoking kills more people than any disease in the world. With all the info available, why do people smoke? B/C they can't stop. Nicotine is highly addictive & makes people feel energized, alert. Smokers get a rush after a cigarette, giving up produces withdrawals, difficulty sleeping, & cravings.!
