Biometrics Biometrics Biometrics That will stop credit card fraud. Every time you use the card with the biometric ID (such as a thumbprint) encoded into the hologram (don't use magnetic media for obvious reasons), you swipe the card at a store and validate with a thumb/fingerprint reader. To get a CC/debit card you should have to go to a bank physically and present valid ID.  This will stop mail fraud, as well. This all is not rocket science. Only the will is needed.

there is another way to that discovery channel covered. get a visa giftcard punch in the number re punch the new numbers then steal the credit card number and usb it on the card by a special machine then ur good all u need is a credit card strip like at a resturaunt or buisnesss and a character wheel oh and a computer
