Doesn't matter who built a "society". Unless ordained by God, no one has the right to push someone else off of the land they are on.

@Give2IT Native Americans were immigrants as well, but European Americans and African Americans established a society and industry.Most European Americans and African Americans can accurately describe themselves as indigenous Americans as they and their families have been in America for hundreds of years.

You're basically suggesting, Group A has ties to the land dating back the furthest. Yet, Group B and Group C basically wipe them out and, when all is said and done, Group C decides to claim the land without any logical argument to support it.
The only similarity is skin color and even that is a fallacy.

@Give2IT The difference is that Native Americans were scattered into different tribes and ethnic groups even amongst themselves; they're not now, nor have they ever really been, a universal group. The Amerindians in South America were very Asiatic, while the Amerindians in North America ranged from Asiatic to partially European.
If the Americans were to give their lands back to the Amerindians, only a small percentage would have viable claim.
