@RatmanS By hiding the animation, you can simply focus on the actual work of the person that made this video in term of stop-motion. If you're telling me its not good enough. Well, I agree. The timing of the animation is not his, the artistic direction is not his, the camera plans are not his.. Maybe its because I experienced stop motion and animation before and know exactly how he did it. That would explain why so many people get exited over this and I don't.

@ZoroSJ I'm glad you took my advice. Shush.

@Kerokittycat
Right; Since this is a tribute using the shadow Bad Apple video frames, that makes some sense. It's a different way of presenting it, and that changes the experience. That change in how it is shown is what people are enjoying here, not any sort of new creation (apart from the video being created).
The video created is the art and the content is the presentation; that's all people need sometimes to get a different experience and appreciation for something.

@Kerokittycat Why not learn 'proper comparative' speech before you do, because you lack it in embarraasing quantities. Learn the words you use before you use them, because until you do, you have no right to tell me to shush or berate me for my use of the term weeaboo on you, Mr Weeaboo. But as far as I'm concerned, this conversation is going nowhere, because we're both too stubborn to stop, but I'll stop firing from my end. Good day to you.

@RatmanS Like I said. Put your hand in front of the animation, since the guy didn't do it. Now tell me that the video is still entertaining.

@ZoroSJ I love your equivalent of "I am rubber, you are glue. Everything you say bounces off me and sticks to you" argument. You should probably shush now.
ZoroSJ (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
@Kerokittycat Opinion is subject to your own thoughts, but the moment you start accusing me of being something I'm not, I don't really think I like the idea of being handed a title by someone who would obviously insult another individual based on scraps of evidence. If you're accusing me with those grounds as well, then I'll send the words right back at you for watching this video at all, Mr. Weeaboo.

@Kerokittycat On top of that, I didn't exactly seek out things to watch, I wasn't active and after finding Touhou, I pretty much stopped. I only follow one manga line now and as for anything else, it's pretty much touhou related. I'm not afraid to publicly state my fondness for the series, but I don't expect you to share your likes on it either.

@Kerokittycat I'm surprised you even looked, considering how old my favourites are, probably about 2-3 years carried over from my old account. But you still seem to have your head in your arse, over the term's actual meaning, you still subject me to such accusations, when you apply the term to such a vague case as mine. Let me tell you, I actually don't really like the anime/manga genre very much now. I used to before, but even back then, I only liked around 5. |
