@Ryeguy123a I will, when I get around to it :) Thanks. I usually try to find versions with Japanese voice acting and English subs. I think it's because I'm Dutch, I'm way too used to reading subtitles to get annoyed about them ;)

@ingeloveswobbly Escaflowne is a great, great anime show for 'beginners.' Lots of fun and action, and it's philosophical enough to ask a lot of questions but is still approachable.
Both the animation and english voice acting are top notch. (The japanese voice acting is, too, but most people who speak english and aren't hard core anime fans will probably prefer a dub.)
Definitely give it a try.
