The Eminence Delta Pro sounds fine!

So many great amps....so little time....so little money.... Liked the Zep tribute...everything sounds good... 6BQ5 tubes...aka EL84's as u all know...ha...are too kool...always nice to have at least one amp with 'em I think..

easy fella... he's an amp builder and has a ton of amps around (lookit the vid eh?) AND he has stated elsewhere that he hates reverb/delay effects loops and likes to just run two amps with one getting a delayed signal, which likely sounds better. Yes I build amps too, sorry to have made you angry, enjoy your amp and chill out.

"Makes sense when you have so many amps sitting around?" Unkind and dumbass. Have you been to his house? Are you the angry amp builder??? What is your motivation? Cripes! I have no idea what his amps sound like..but I did I would say so and give a review. And I will in 2 weeks. I'll order one and check it out.....I've been playing for a bir professionaly.

There is no reverb on the amp eh? Are you doing the delay into another amp trick you've mentioned elsewhere? Makes sense when you have so many amps lying around...

Many class A amps sound as though they are in a box. Not so with this one. It's clearly a boutique model. If I put a compressor in front of this amp, can I get any tone from tweed to hi-gain? I think want one of these amps. - How do I find out about circuit designs offered? (bridge-circuit compression, two-channel w/switching, reverb, buffered effects loop, M-type vs. F-type, Single-end vs. A/B designs, etc.) So many custom chassis builders do not offer cabinet mounted models. Does Phaez?

do you happen to know how big of a difference there is in tone between 1-meg pots and 500k pots on a guitar? also, would both the tone and the volume pots be switched out? or just one or the other?
ontariomaximus (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
It's actually the stock Peavey pickup. It ain't bad really. I got a SD Jazz in a Jackson, and I'd don't think they are that much different.

what pickup do you have in the neck position? i'm still looking for a compliment to the TZ. i've tried a PAF-Pro and and Air-Norton and both were muddy as all hell. i finally landed on a Super-2. but it still sounds like it has the tone knob turned 3/4 of the way off.

SOUNDS GREAT! I'm thinking of ordering one of these in the summer. Money IS REALLY TIGHT RIGHT NOW, LOL!!! There seems to be delay on this vid, am I right? By the way, just subscribed to your vid channel.
