@Sh1ftyp0wersx Trying to come up with solutions that are actually going to be effective is not easy. It's very unlikely that the problems will die down anytime soon - if these people actually (somehow) put up with the way they are living then it will be hard to move them. They blame the government for a lack of opportunities, which in my opinion is not fair, these gang people are the ones who need to sort themselves out and search for opportunities.
