Breathable liquid, it does exist, so that's how I would do it. It would also explain why they never tried to claim the world record.

@Goard1000 I thought about that for a moment too...but there's no way there was even close to enough air for even one breath in those snorkel goggles

@ubersum1 Can't explain something? Just have FAITH! because that answers everything...... Faith and religion answers nothing and it's holding us back from discovering and learning about our world. You can easily say "god did this" and be done...no other explanation, but that's not the reality of this. Science is what's moving us forward and teaching us everything we know so far about this world and the universe. Religion hasn't helped with any of this.

@Hermoor most likely some air supply rigged through his goggles, his nose is still within his goggles after all, the multi layer thing doesn't seem as likely because at one point he coughs out bubbles

@MrThumbwii you put too much faith in science. there are reasons why things like religion still exist. it's because when conventional science fails, people cling onto hope, and try and find whatever they can to relieve them from the pain. i'm not religious myself, but you're acting as if science is the almighty answer to everything. i'm sorry, but that's just not true. not for a few centuries at least. we barely understand how the body works, let alone the rest of the world.

Simple trick...he walks up to teller several times sometime during those visits he gives the card to teller. Teller breaths through some kind of small hidden air tube or maybe there are several layers of glass inside the container some filled with water and some not giving of the illusion of him being in water. So simple...
