@toadfan64 Not everyone lives in the U.S.A. This was released in Europe & Australia. Spielberg had to shoot extra scenes to lenghten the film. It was a hit here in Australia.

A cult classic that in my mind, was way scarier than jaws. This is more realistic fear. I mean a 15 foot or whatever shark attacking people? A bit unrealistic.
