I just flew UA this week to Toronto via Chicago from Las Vegas for a DJ gig I was doing in Kingston Ontario. To my dismay, my flight from Chicago to Toronto was canceled due to mechanical difficulties. The change over flight would have made me miss my gig in Kingston so they put me on onboard their partner airline and flew me all the way to Kingston. They even put me first class. And their staff were sympathetic and helpful. Thanks for the great flight experience United!

A big "fuck you!" to United Airlines! The arrogance that corporations have today is unbelievable. Hurt United Airlines (and other arrogant corporations that take their customers for granted) in the only place they still have any feeling -- in their bottom line!!! BOYCOTT UNITED AIRLINES!!!

It happen to me exactly the same thing flying with Airfrance from Italy to St.Martin!
After packing it at the airport and send it via "special luggage"...at my arrival it was broken like this video... :(
