people think its really hard but its acually pretty simple once you get the hang of it. youn have to really get your elbow into your gut. im only 11 and i could do it.im a really good breakdancer. i could do the one hand freeze! oooooooooooooooooooh!!booyah

The freezes are easy on first tries lol. Idk how you peeps can't do it on few tries.
