@soapcakesgal The only serious crimes that can be undoubtedly attributed to Charlie are cutting Gary Hinmans ear and shooting a man, which he did because that man was about to rape a woman. And he wasn't even charged with those offenses. There's no real evidence that he did the things he was sent to jail for, all the prosecution had were confessions. And even if hes guilty, the court that convicted him was filled with corruption and lies so he is still deserving of a retrial.
