and once, believe it or not, i was in a 2player splitscreen coop... we were on insane, no mercy, first level. my friend was new, but knew how to shoot, and we were just wandering around... i found the witch, hidden behind the gigantonormous truck, so i backed away and she calmed down, he was already opening the safe room door when... hunter jumped the witch and got me killed...
