@a334455 I'm confused about slopes too. I don't get how the string helps you with knowing where your slope is. I mean the strings come off when you mark with the paint, and even if you keep them on, how do you use them to help you dig?

diagonals dont necessery make it sqauare. 345 rule make 2 sides square.

@multicast11 You can do the slope at the very beginning with the level strings that you install before even dig the site. The plate compactor will just compact the gravel where it is, just make sure you measure with your strings to maintain the slope |
