That's very good, but the questions were addressed to sah8000 and not you though. I wanted to see if sah8000 knew the answers.
Say, I'm still waiting for answers to my questions. You claimed that I'm a liar. So what did I lie about? Also, have you been honest on this thread?
If you can answer the question posed to sah8000 surely you can answer my questions. I'll be waiting again.

@zztstenglish - Again so dishonest. See Dredd Scott v Sanford. Was it the correct ruling or was the ruling based on the time it was given?

@Y2K - It goes on further to say "the Supreme court dismissal of Baker v Nelson is non pertinent here" and "whether or not the constitutionality of any ban on same-sex marriage was presented & necessarily decided in Baker...we address no such question here. We address a wholly different question...."

@Y2K - see pg 47 of the ruling "We therefore need NOT & do NOT consider whether same-sex marriage is a fundamental right to marry or whether states that fail to afford the right to marry gays & lesbians must do so. Further, we express NO VIEW on those questions"
