Love it! It's okay to leave some space. I wish some of these younger singers would realize that particularly when trying to sing something blues-related as this classic tune. They're so busy needing constant stimulation that they're not comfortable with just laying back and taking their time. They can't even stop be off their phones for a minute texting each other. Etta picks her moments here. No, her voice wasn't like it was but she can still phrase and is very musical IMO.

you can't compare anyone, it's stupid and it's offensive in kinda way, every person is unique...

Between Michael and Whitney...may you Etta and all those wonderful voices gone from this earth rest in peace!

A reflection is a moment in time--America does not mirror humanity, however, it's the soul of love that shines back to who we are! We are just here for a short time and during those moments our energy is used for all humanity. And both women gave of themselves to the world, they well be missed and cherished within many hearts on mother earth!

I will miss Etta and Whitney Houston they were both great women that gave their energy clearly down to the marrow of their souls. Mahalo
