Marijuana can be legalized is if the Government hires some Company owned or connected to some high official in the Government or an Elite. Then they take the Marijuana and genetically engineer a new breed and patent it for sale and then they create a law where you can only buy the Government approved genetically engineered patented weak version so you won't enjoy the high.
