This was from an aWeSuM episode of "Lounge Lizards" on Comedy Central. Caught it in reruns around '95 and managed to get it on tape. (Trying to find a digital copy, which brought me to YouTube today.) I hadn't heard of Adam prior to that, but, OMG... thirty minutes of total ROTF! Turn on your friends and improve your social standing, or... just laugh and laugh and laugh, wipe away the tears, and laugh sum more!

@SScomedian That is Paulie my parakeet and it's very hard to keep him quiet when Adam is on the TV and when your in a 1 rm apt . This was footage I got from an old VHS tape I found. Adam thinks it's quite charming that he has animal fans too and has posted this footage on his facebook site
