When you climb that pole it looks like a struggle and every move you did was held for half a second.... Keep practising though and im sure you will be absolutely fabulous girl... Good job!!! Maybe try alittle weight training to build up abit of muscle and im sure you will be swinging round that pole like a pro in no time... :D

@thatlarawoman thanks hunni , the one at 1.12 was a fluke but look at the way i did it like put yr legs as if to get ready to go into fallen angel , but usally kills my bum lol , haha the one @ 4.19 lol party trick my back doesnt bend backwards i cant do the arrow its impossible if u watch my vids u can see im not bendy in any other way hahah thanks luv

hey rachel, i loved 1:12, whats the secret to that one. ive always wanted to be able to do it ? omg at 4:19,how flexy are you ?!! 5:18 was fab,looks scary to do though ? that whole last section from 6:15 onwards looked like it was hard work, i will do that one day !!!! xxx
