@zonkozonko Thanx for that, I had several relative that worked in mines. I still remember that black guy opening that Master lock. It was a big heavy combination lock, it did have a key hole on the back. I have no idea how he opened it, whether he had a secret key, or some other black guy gave him a secret code or what. He held it up to his ear, spun the dial and pulled the hasp, and after a few minutes it opened. Not much point in putting that thing on my locker.

@clintonearlwalker I used to work with an ex miner who always said when he worked on nights in the mine he never carried tools as he could always undo any combination lock in two minutes and borrow tools? We heard the story so many times, one night at the Kitchen manufacturer where we worked vital tools where locked in a cupboard with a combination lock. Our fellow worker was told by the Boss open that lock in two minutes or never tell that story again! Well Yes he did it ! Sweating badly.
