Clearly the girl with pink mittens was in on it. She looked up there after she started laughing. It was probably signed by her before the filming and put up there. Then was brought to notice, even though it was already there the whole time. they never show the whole backboard.

Wut i think is that the sharpe he let her use the ink consist of some kind of strong magnet so when he threw it up there the card with the signature would stick to the METAL backboard unless he can do it on a glass backboard
