These pissing matches between different sides in battles I have no power in just prove to me what a complete farce it is that the modern world is any more free or democratic than any era in history. The only think the modern day has going for it over 1066 is washing machines and the internet and the flip side of that is "smart" missiles that are attracted to hospitals and the ability of every single ignorant moron who has read a pamphlet pontificating on things they know nothing about.

I love the way the Grauniad describes it: "1,000 private emails between climate change scientists were stolen and published online." I see, so when your side does it it's called "pursuing openness and transparency" and when the other side does it it's called "stealing private data". The hypocrisy of the left is truly beyond parody.

They put blame for global warming partially on those who drive suv's. lol. Then I read an article on the overall increase of surface temperatures of other planets in our solar system (including Earth) was due to rise of the sun's temperature over the past several decades. Last time I checked, there was nobody driving Hummers on Jupiter!!

Modification of data to hide unwanted results? sure when 1 temperature method does not fit all the other measurement methods, it is nest to hide that, or the result would be false.... what is more reliable, tree ring data or thermometers data ?

They have a new catch phrase that they want to use now, its called "Global Cimate Disturbances". That could mean anything from rain in spring to cold winters. Such a loaded phrase is opening the door for more corruption because its so vague that lots of people will unthinkingly go "yeah, stop the disruption" as if its as simple as stopping traffic, without even wondering what their new 'Legalese' (-Lawyers double speak) Mantra actually means. Just like they used "the debate is over" as a chant.
