@KpopAng Actually, it is, by many definitions. Laughing gas, also known as nitrous oxide, is a gas that will alter your state of mind. Many people will giggle or laugh after inhaling the gas, hence its name. A common street name for illicit use of the drug is called a "whip-it" due to the source of most illegally used nitrous oxide, aerosol cans of whipped cream. If anything, hopefully this was informative.

this wasn't banned. that obviously not true, the guy just thought he would get more views if he said it was. And laughing gas is a drug, as is paracetamol and any chemical that has a effect on the human body.
