@sweedlepipe I think its because back in the 70s bass players weren't as greatly appreciated as we nowadays. No doubt the bass solo in this is great. The guitar solo is one of the best I ever heard though so you can understand why the cameraman was still concentrating on Kossoff.

Just Guitars and valve amps. Not an effects pedal in sight. The way it should be I just love the over driven sound on andys solo. I play bass. Gibson and Fender basses with a valve head and only a lead to connect the two
