Keloids are usually a result of a reckless and poor way of keeping a piercing clean.

I'm thinking about getting a nose piercing before the summer is up and i become a freshman, but I've been hearing that keloids are actually common with nose piercing and seeing this video, I'm kind of scared of what might happen if i get a nose piercing. I was wondering how i could avoid this? i know leaving it alone is important but what if you have glasses? Will that irritate it and possibly form a keloid? I mean obviously i wouldnt have my glasses so low, but... im just looking at precautions
