@NoobFLProducer i can see your point but in my opinion, i don't think the tears for fears one really works. i like it played at this tempo but still the tears for fears one is pretty sweet.

@MrDutton94 All to there own, but this version does make me want to slowly kill myself, it's supposed to be at that tempo, it was obviously produced by them this way because that is how they saw it, this version kind of missed the point that, even though the lyrics are sad it's also saying don't give up hope, be sad yes but don't give up hope, however this version, he's saying, give up hope. go on any site and they will tell you, he murdered this song... the only reason its famous is for gow !

@NoobFLProducer i never said that this version would be played in bars, it would make everyone depressed. the point i was trying to make is this, the lyrics + the tempo of the original = a load of nonsense. if you've actually ever listned to the original, heard the lyrics, you would notice that the song doesn't work with the up-tempo beat behind it. therefore gary jules' version is better.

@MrDutton94 My question to you, is how the hell would you dance to this? it actually makes more sense as alot of clubs are 80's bars ^^, never have i herd this being played at a club. sorry

@NoobFLProducer the original is by tears for fears, yes. but that doesn't make it better. tears for fears were an 80's pop band with this version sped up. this is better because it makes sense in this tempo. if you were to walk into a club playing TFF version, how the balls could you dance to it? you can't because the lyrics don't make sense with the tempo.
