Does learning a lot of languages necassarily make you happier? I don't agree. You can improve your mind in so many ways and be so very happy without knowing any latin or greek. And what does Holland manufacture? What does that mean? In goods: just google it. In people: fantastic academics, scientists, artists and politicians.

yeah, well I meant a continous learning of the great languages like greek and latin to seriously expand and improve the mind
to make a much better and a much happier person. incidentally just what does holland manufacture?

Hey, that's not fair! We have greek and latin in high school as well, and we all speak at least a little English. We also learn German and French in highschool and there are a LOT of languages to be studied after high school. We do not go for the coarsest pleasures, that's ridiculous! And what is it with foreigners and our view of narcotics? You make ist seem like every single person in this country uses them! We have a great country, so look in the mirror first before you judge another!

Yes whatever.. A lot of people in Holland study the same..French, German, Latin, Spanish..
You are just very narrow minded my friend..I think more people use narcotics in the states as they do in the Netherlands
