@YaBoyChrisH the stereo effect. for example, take a piece of checked paper, put it in front of you and try to unfocus as if you were trying to look through the paper. the lines on the paper are going to appear double. then you try to make them concide with one another somehow, but eyes still unfocused. if you do, it'll seem to you, that the paper is farther/nearer than it really is. This thing can happen accidentally when you are looking on smth with a regular ornament like the chain link fence.
