Once I owed a Dr's office a few big bucks and they held me down, then strapped me to the table nude and tickled, taunted and teased me until I agreed to pay in full. I can't remember it was real or a bad dream in the hospital though (due to condition and medication). I think it was partly real though, because I found a feather and mask they were using in my personal belongings at discharge.
