@bigburpboy There's nothing of mystic in this, it's pure physics. The power in the one inch punch, isn't concentrated on the fist, but in all body. But it isn't a move to use in real life, as you wouldn't have time to use, and if you used with perfection, you would kill the poor guy. It's more of a move that shows how the physics works, nothing more than this.
