@mruizmusic @mruizmusic 1 Corinthians 3:11-15 describes that Day when our works will be judged. Some people will be saved, but all their work burned up. Paul describes it as 'suffering loss'. It doesn't have to be eternal damnation for us to not want to find out exactly what that means. The important thing, of course, is Christ as our foundation. I sometimes wonder if some of the things I've done for Him weren't just really for myself, and if I didn't just draw from the hay pile..

...So we will all stand before God when we die and be judged on the basis of how we lived... And you'd better hope that your act was impressive enough to get a high enough score, or else.. but most people probably won't. I'm just kinda left wondering... Why exactly did Jesus come and die?

@KeliRitchieOffical At 58 seconds, he said Christians, not some Christians. I didn't listen to the whole thing again, because once was more than enough. We differ on this. Both opinions are equally valid.

@BattenburgLace God Bless you , I love how you put that. You are one of the smarter ones.. most people in that situation see that and they just label ALL of religion as being like that, and that its Gods fault and blah blah blah, you have seen thats its PEOPLE who talk crap, not God. So inspiring that you have chosen the path your on and didn't lose your focus.
