Padding keeps the sound in but also provides insulation and keeps the heat in, too.
If you ask me, I wouldn't recommend it.

I really like the look and layout of this case even though it lacks cable management.
That can be easily resolved with some modding though.
Is the hard drive bay removable? Also, is there a filter on the intake on the bottom where the PSU goes? I can't really tell from the video.

@cmtann The Silverstone Raven 2 costs twice as much as this case and has piss poor airflow. Way to waste your money.
