Wonderful song; I find some of the lyrics hard to make out, however. Perhaps you could transcribe them in the description.

Great song - it would not be out of place in a Gilbert & Sullivan operatta!

Dedicated to all who've just seen a tax return land on their doormats.

Whats that? never heard of anything stopping them being played :S
I know some of my uploads halt if you try to skip as I uploaded in a special format to bypass the rerendering & retain quality :)
All I can say is get off AOL & find a decent ISP :D

Marvellous, witty songs! Three boos for the AOL YouTube user compliance monitors who only allow you to hear the first few seconds of them.

Flanders and Swann wrote the song, but that surely is Ian Wallace singing it, yes, and quite well. I remember Wallace's voice mostly from reruns of My Music, the old BBC radio show.

Yes your correct.....
Dunno why Ive titled it Flanders?
Shall correct shortly and thanks for your attention to detail and continuity :)
I like things to be correct myself!
Hope the quality of the upload is to your liking,

Ian Wallace, not Flanders...
gavdoff (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
Yeah, quality performances on this one!
Ive uploaded all the tracks from both sides for prosterity.
Got this single, mainly for the track Transport Of Delight, a while back from Help The Aged for abt 50 pence if I remember rightly.
Keep checking Car Boots and Charity Shops for little gems like this :)
