@Jessica656 lol, thats a bit harsh! this guy grades, trades and grows chillies from around the world. So i guess u could say he's doing a botanical study of the Capsicum genus, and an analysis of the Scoville Heat Units (SHU) associated to each species. I'd say it serves more of a purpose than say, hotdog eating comps, reality tv, and justin beiber.

These chilis are rated at a normal 500,000 shu while the rare hottest chili ever recorded was 1.5 million shu imagine this x3 lol

I chopped one up today, and put the tiniest of pieces in my mouth (it was less than 1cm). Even then, my mouth was burning like hell.
