@mkbarth The reason why there are little squares are around the animals is when a plane comes by and takes the pictures and adding them in google earth in only Africa...

Yeah, alexp9ify. That's the way it appears in Google Earth. They are hi-res photos taken from a plane and Google Earth has added them in where each picture was taken.

Yeah, shootsniper. You can find lots more animals in Africa. In Google Earth, under Layers / Gallery / National Geographic Magazine, put a check next to Africa Megaflyover. Zoom in on the red plane icons.
