How to 360 flip

If anyone wan'ts help just send me a video of you trying tres and I'll help you Again, I tried to make this one more detailed and add better tres and some of them are a little sloppy but I am only human, so yeah this is for all of my newer subscribers that probably haven't seen my old one. Under rotation: Is normaly due to and improper scoop and flick. Your either doing one too much or the other not as much try scooping first as hard as you can then flicking off the edge of the board when its rotated 90 degrees Landing on the nose: Is due to not scooping hard enough and not staying upright when your about to scoop try scooping and poping the board forward In a vertical motion. 1. Bend your knees 2. Scoop the board as hard as you can behind you in a forward vertical motion 3. While scooping flick your front foot out and throw it out so you can catch the board. 4. Wait for it to flip around 5. Land Also watch 360 flips in slow motion to get an idea on how to do them and what happens when you do them just go for it and don't hesitate you'll get em! Varial Flips: if you're used to varials, your mind worries more about the flip instead of the spin, but in a tre flip the spin is a lot more important. If you have your feet right, the board will flip automatically. Worry more about pushing the board to spin.
