I had a boss who I had met through going to AA meetings with my mom. He was really my mom's friend but I wasn't working, so she sent me to go work with him. I worked with him for about 2 years or so. We would talk about everything from HVAC stuff, to work and business ethics, to politics and girls. He passed away about a year and a half ago due to complications from emphazema. He was more than my boss, he was my mentor. He always made a note to sing "these damn things will kill me yet"
