If you want that pefect back, the front and back work together. You will have to do ab work and hyper extensions. They are like doing sit ups with your back. The best way is to use a roman chair or get a pillow for your pelvic region on the floor and ARCH that back from a laying down position until your head and shoulders are lifted up from the ground. I have worked out with power lifters and body builders. Look up hyperextensions using a roman chair on bodysoliddotcom
