New Hartford fans were excited about the Spartan's win. Defending champion New Hartford got a goal from Tom Nitti just 1:02 into today's Division II semifinal game and the state-ranked No. 1 Spartans stormed to a 6-0 win over Plattsburgh in the New York State Public High School Athletic Association Ice Hockey Championships at the Utica Memorial Auditorium.
