Just put plastic over the top of the ball to keep it stable.. Then twist and it'll easily come off. Worked for me:)

You use needle nose pliers that's what I did that if you don't feel comfortable doing that just go back to your piercer and he will remove it for you :)

I've tried to unscrew my belly ring and it just wont loosen up. It feels like its stuck there. How do I get it out ?
