I don't judge people by their profiles, I admit that I don't also hire people. If I was hiring people, it would be a different story, but, I don't. Why should I worry about something I don't need to? I much rather not relate, not be concerned and not invest my time in something I can afford not dealing with. You can judge me all you want, but, that would be your own time and efforts spent, not mine.
