Glad it worked for you too. I was also using that training
and it did what it promised! In just less than 3weeks,
starts increasing my vertical. Couldnt be more happier

@ChaseRocker maybe his personal record is 50'. in a volleyball game its very hard to keep your highest. my jumps go down several inches as the game goes by.

6'5" jumping 50 inches would put his head at 10'7". The net is 7'11-5/8"...so his head should be almost 3 feet above the net...watch @.24 not even close. 3 feet would be almost half his body. And these aren't even from standing.
I put him at maybe 44"
