Now that Assad has demonstrated his ruthlessness, Assad, China and Russia, will share in the plunder. This development will also be an enormous existential threat to Israel and the Exclusive Economic Zones of Israel, Cyprus and Greece, with the probable complicity of Turkey.

@jasonthemankiller The west has no intention of invading Iran. The west is simply interested in curtailing Iran's capability to promote terrorism in the region and beyond. This would be much easier and open to further expansion, if Iran had nuclear weapons. Hezbollah and Hamas, for instance, would be extraordinarily emboldened, if they could operate as Iranian terror proxies, under the protection of Iran's nuclear weapons' umbrella.
